Two workflows. One assessment intelligence platform.
Tag questions while you build them in your exam software, or upload an entire assessment and let Blueprint work through it in batch.
Blueprint Chrome Extension
Tag questions without leaving your exam software.
Best for faculty who build and edit questions directly in their exam software and want mapping recommendations at the point of authoring.

Open the question in your exam software
Faculty continue building or editing questions in the exam software they already use.
Open the Blueprint Chrome extension
Blueprint sits alongside your exam software in the browser side panel and securely reads the question currently being edited.
Review Blueprint’s tagging recommendations
Blueprint evaluates the item against the mapping frameworks configured for your program and provides relevant tagging recommendations for faculty review.
Review questions as you build them.
The Blueprint Chrome extension can also provide live item review while faculty work. Blueprint checks for major writing and editing concerns, stem clarity, distractor quality, and potential clinical-accuracy issues. Faculty can also request recommendations for making an item easier or more challenging.
Give faculty their time back
Stop spending faculty time on manual tagging.
Mapping assessment questions across program outcomes, accreditation standards, licensing frameworks, competencies, and Bloom's Taxonomy can turn into hours of repetitive administrative work.
Blueprint analyzes the question and returns structured recommendations in seconds, giving faculty a focused set of relevant tags to review instead of a database to search.
The goal
Turn repetitive outcomes-tagging work into a fast, AI-assisted faculty review process.
AI & Security
AI-assisted. Faculty-controlled.
Blueprint is designed to help faculty make assessment decisions, not make those decisions for them. Recommendations remain subject to faculty review and approval.
Question data is never stored.
Assessment question content is processed only to provide the requested Blueprint analysis. Question stems, answer choices, and other question content are not stored by Blueprint.
Student data is never accessed.
Blueprint is built for assessment development and mapping. It does not access student responses, grades, performance data, or other student information.
The extension reads only when a question is present.
The Blueprint Chrome extension is designed to read assessment content only when a question is displayed in the supported question-editing environment. It does not continuously read unrelated browser content.
Faculty remain in control.
Blueprint provides AI-assisted recommendations for mapping and item review. Faculty decide which recommendations to accept and remain responsible for the final assessment item.
See both workflows in action.
We'll show how Blueprint fits into the way your faculty already build, review, and manage assessment questions.
